Colonies demolished near Jewar airport site

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has observed a rise in the number of persons who have been duped into investing in land near the planned Jewar International Airport in Greater Noida. YEIDA had to deal with the illicit sale issue soon after the tender for the airport was published in May of last year. According to the authorities, 128 showcase notices have been issued thus far, with 75 of these issued in the last seven and a half months.

A section of villagers has started reaping the benefits of the prestigious project and is selling notified land to gullible buyers in the vicinity of the airport site without taking any permission. With the demand for land around the airport soaring, some villagers are selling plots at hiked rates and with fake documents.
The officials have said that since the work has progressed near the airport site, property consultants have been very enthusiastic and always on the lookout for prospective buyers and investors who want to buy residential and commercial land around the airport at cheap rates. The action that followed was the authority received multiple complaints that unauthorized colonies are coming up in Jhhajar and Enayatpur villages which are 5-6 km from the airport site.

About 11 unauthorized colonies have been demolished that had come up in the region.

Land experts want to build a client base through SMS, calls, recordings, and setting up ads on the Jewar-Bulandshahr street to bait clients. Yeida authorities said purchasing land from private engineers or specialists without endorsement from the public authority isn’t ‘protected’. As indicated by the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Act, 1976, selling private plots or fostering a lodging project on agrarian land told by the state is unlawful.

Authorities said the usual way of doing things of the designers of unapproved projects is basic. They build a limit divider over a real estate parcel, cut out private plots and deal with them at a rate lower than Yeida. They offer plots/land at a pace of ₹8,000 per sqm to ₹10,000 per sqm without getting any authorization/endorsement from the concerned specialists. The Yeida offers private land at a pace of ₹16000 per sqm and gives fundamental conveniences like streets, channels, sewers, and parks, among a large group of different offices, in contrast to unapproved engineers. The Yeida has cleared illicit improvements on 560,000 sqm of land.

Yeida Authorities said the old town regions, like Tappal, have become center points for unlawful states. They also agree to keep in touch with the state government about these unlawful provinces and won’t engage in any illicit advancement close to the terminal as it is reserved for said development. They additionally spoke to purchasers not to purchase plots or business property, which are not authorized by the state.

And we at nextbigbox could not agree more. We are always here for our clients and also encourage them to buy authorized properties by the government. We want our clients to be aware of fraud property deals that occur illegally. As the buyers are looking forward to buying plots around the airport at cheap rates, one shouldn’t trust anybody blindly and read the property papers and check the licenses.
